Delivery & Collection Information

This section covers all topics related to despatch and delivery of items, such as when you can expect items to be despatched, how long delivery is expected to take.

Delivery Times & cost

During our summer period, orders can take longer to dispatch, for a number of reasons.

When an order is shipped it will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked service, and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Please allow 10 working days AFTER your order is placed for your item to be processed, and a further 5 days for your items to be delivered.

  • We do not offer a next day delivery service.
  • Delivery lead times shown are approximate and are not guaranteed.
  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Order tracking

When you complete an order at whitehallclothiers.co.uk, you will be taken to a confirmation screen, which will present you with an Order Number. This can be used to check on the progress of your order up until it is despatched.

You can also find this number on your Recent Order page. You can navigate here via your My Account under the heading 'Recent Orders'. This will only work if you were logged into your account when you placed your order.

To find out if your order has been despatched, visit the Recent Order page and input your Order Number & Post Code. You will get a Tracking Number which you can use to track your order with Royal Mail by visiting www.royalmail.com

Orders not received

Before contacting Whitehall Clothiers to report a lost order or late delivery, please follow steps 1, 2 and 3 below:

1. Have you checked on the status of your order using our Order Tracking system?
2. Has it been 10 working days, not including Sundays since your order was despatched? See our Terms and Conditions of sale.
3.Have you contacted your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you? To find your nearest UK Sorting Office call Royal Mail on 08457 740740.

In the unlikely event that your order has been lost in transit, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). Please be aware that you must contact us within 60 days of the despatch date of your order if it hasn't arrived via the postal service. Unfortunately claims for lost in transit orders after this time cannot be accepted.

Click & Collect - In Store FREE...click and collect will NOT be available from the 17th july until september.

Subject to stock availability
Once an order is placed you will receive an email to advise you that your order has been successful. This is not a confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
Once an order has been processed you will receive a second email to confirm that your order is ready for collection. Check your spam if you have not received an email within 24 hours (If an item is out of stock you will be advised of an approximate delivery date where possible) 
When collecting in store you will be required to bring a minimum of TWO of the items listed below:
1. Email confirmation of the purchase
2. Photo Identification
3. Proof of Address
4. Card that you made the purchase with
Click and Collect orders will require a signature upon collection of goods as confirmation of receipt
